PVC Celuka Foam Board is a rigid expanded PVC sheet manufactured through the Celuka extrusion process, featuring a smooth, hard outer skin and a dense cellular core. Compared with free foam boards, it offers higher surface hardness, greater strength, and improved screw-holding performance, making it an excellent alternative to wood, MDF, and plywood in a wide range of applications.
The board is lightweight yet durable, with excellent resistance to water, moisture, chemicals, corrosion, and weathering. It is easy to cut, saw, drill, route, engrave, paint, laminate, and fabricate using standard woodworking tools, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
